1. Job Description

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations on the production floor

- managing operators – discipline, timeliness

- ensur e all defined secure ty practices are followed

- maintain the product quality

- meet the targeted production output

- prepare weekly and monthly report s

- C ommunicat e and involve in continuous improvement.

- Must possess basic knowledge and understanding of production and quality processes.

- Understanding of Drawings and technical documents, SOP’s.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate activities of shop floor during the shif t.

- Conduct the morning toolbox meeting with technicians, explain the specific tasks, Safety methods.

- Ensure shift production targets are met in quality, quantity, and safe practices are followed .





- Monitor production and clarify any doubts .

- H andover to the next shift properly the status

- Train and coach operators for improved performance and safety practices.

- Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance for timely repair.

- Maintain discipline and resolve minor grievances within the shift.

- Support the implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and lean initiatives.

- Participate in daily review meetings and escalate issues proactively.

Qualification and Experience

Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

3 to 5 years in production setup..
