Role Purpose

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of Air Maniax attractions, electrical systems, facility equipment, and support infrastructure.

The role involves carrying out preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, daily safety inspections, and troubleshooting while keeping equipment downtime to a minimum.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily inspections of trampolines, inflatables, soft play equipment, and other attractions.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, MCBs, distribution boards (DBs), motors, pumps, sensors, and switches.

- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot blowers, air systems, and inflatable equipment.

- Perform preventive maintenance according to approved maintenance schedules and checklists.

- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and restore equipment to service safely.

- Monitor and maintain lighting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical panels, and other facility systems.

- Coordinate with external vendors for specialised maintenance, repairs, and service work.

- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, breakdown reports, preventive-maintenance records, and spare-parts inventory.

- Identify recurring equipment faults and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

- Provide maintenance support during birthday parties, events, weekends,



and peak operating periods.

- Follow all venue safety procedures and immediately report hazards, defects, or unsafe equipment.

- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety standards and operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on electrical troubleshooting skills are essential.

- 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.

- Experience in an FEC, amusement park, trampoline park, mall, hotel, manufacturing facility, or similar environment will be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently during equipment breakdowns and emergency situations.

- Safety-conscious, disciplined, proactive, and responsible.

- Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing entertainment environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be measured based on:

- Equipment uptime and availability

- Breakdown response and resolution time

- Preventive maintenance completion percentage

- Reduction in repeat breakdowns

- Safety inspection and compliance

- Maintenance cost control

- Spare-parts inventory and consumption control

- Timely completion of maintenance activities
