Position: General ManagerLocation: Goa | Industry: Hospitality

We are looking for a commercially driven and result-oriented General Manager to lead our Goa property and drive revenue, profitability, occupancy and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Drive Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR & GOP• Develop Sales & Revenue Growth strategies• Generate business from Corporate, MICE, Weddings, Groups,



Travel Trade & Leisure• Build strong relationships with key clients and business partners• Lead Sales & Marketing with clear targets and accountability• Drive cost control, guest experience and overall profitability

REQUIREMENTS

• 12–18 years of Hospitality experience• Strong background in Hotel/Resort Sales, Revenue & Business Development• Experience as GM / Resort Manager / DOS / DOSM preferred• Strong Goa market network will be an advantage• Commercial mindset with solid leadership and business development skills
