Position:
Customer Support Executive – Night Shift (Inbound Voice)Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per monthAdditional Benefits: Travel Allowance, Subsidized Meals, Free Cab Drop, Attendance Bonus ₹1,000/month, Annual Bonus up to ₹15,000, PF & ESI coverageLocation: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site)

Role Overview:Handle inbound voice calls for U.S. Healthcare customers – no sales, no targets.Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.Provide empathetic, clear, and accurate customer support.
Requirements:
Solid English communication skills (verbal and written); neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred.Minimum 12th pass; Graduation or Diploma is a plus.Comfortable working night shifts.Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
