FUNDRAISING MANAGER (Retail & Institutional Partnerships)

Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage with CSR companies, foundations, HNIs & donorsDrive fundraising and crowdfunding campaignsDevelop proposals and deliver persuasive pitchesHandle donor reporting, compliance and documentationCollaborate with Program and Finance teamsLead and manage a team of ~ 10 members

Required Skills:5+ years experience in CSR fundraising/partnershipsExcellent communication, writing & negotiation skillsProject management & attention to detail
