Responsibilities

- Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, schedulers, workflows, and OSGi services.
- Build multi-site, multilingual, and multichannel publishing solutions using AEM WCM, DAM, and MSM.
- Support AEM as a Cloud Service modernization, Dispatcher configuration, and deployment pipeline efforts.
- Integrate AEM with CRM, analytics platforms, enterprise services, and headless content APIs.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce software development best practices, and mentor junior-to-mid-level developers.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, caching strategies, and security compliance.
- Use AI agents and code assistants to automate repetitive development tasks and accelerate code reviews.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and translate business requirements into technical execution plans and estimates.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of total software development experience.
- Three to five years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Deep knowledge of Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, JCR, and CRX.
- Experience building Touch UI components with Granite UI, HTL, and Sling Models.




- Experience configuring Dispatchers, replication agents, and Cloud Manager pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency with Core Java/J2EE and enterprise design patterns.
- Frontend experience with HTML5, CSS3, contemporary JavaScript, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, or Vue.
- Experience with Maven, Webpack, Babel, Git, Jenkins, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
- Familiarity with JUnit and Mockito.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adobe-certified expert credentials, headless content delivery experience, and exposure to Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Campaign are preferred.
