Role Description The Executive – Network & Security is a contract, in office role based in Noida, responsible for maintaining secure and reliable network and security infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network performance, managing firewalls and security appliances, and implementing network security policies. The role involves identifying vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with information security standards. The Executive will collaborate with internal teams and vendors, document security procedures, and support audits and risk assessments to safeguard organizational assets

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, router, switch, and related network infrastructure.





• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, access, and hardware issues; coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and external service providers.

• Administer user access, network permissions, VPN access, and role-based access controls in line with company policy.

• Monitor security alerts, logs, antivirus/EDR dashboards, and network events; escalate suspected threats or incidents promptly.

• Support firewall rules, security policies, patching, endpoint protection, backups, and configuration hardening activities.

• Assist with vulnerability assessments, audit evidence, risk registers, security awareness activities, and remediation tracking.

• Maintain accurate documentation for network diagrams, IP addressing, configurations, assets, licenses, incidents, and changes.

• Support disaster-recovery and business-continuity readiness through backup verification, restore testing, and incident-response procedures.

• Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, cloud providers, and software partners to maintain service continuity and contract deliverables.

• Prepare regular reports on network availability, incidents, security posture, capacity, and outstanding risks for management.
