Job Description

We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for our Datacenter and EPC business verticals, working closely with business leadership to fulfil critical and senior-level hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche and senior positions across Datacenter (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, MEP, Facility/Data Center Operations) and EPC (Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Construction Managers, Planning & Design) functions
- Partner with business heads and project leadership to define manpower plans and hiring strategy for critical/leadership roles
- Source and headhunt senior/niche talent via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networking
- Own the complete hiring cycle sourcing, screening, interview coordination,



offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for upcoming projects and site requirements
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies/vendors for bulk or specialized hiring needs
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-joining ratio) and report to leadership
- Maintain candidate database and ensure ATS/compliance adherence

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4+ years in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated experience hiring for the Datacenter and/or EPC sector
- Robust grasp of technical roles specific to Datacenter/EPC projects (civil, electrical, mechanical, MEP)
- Proven experience in senior-level/leadership hiring and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS tools
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred
