Hiring for German Language Customer Support Apprentices & Regular Freshers for an exciting opportunity to build a career in a German process.

The ideal candidate should have completed German B1 certification across all 4 modules and possess good communication skills. This opportunity is open to Graduates/Undergraduates who are available for immediate joining.

Selected candidates will undergo training and assessment. Candidates meeting the required communication and process standards can progress to a full-time role with a competitive salary package.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through German-language chat/email or other assigned communication channels.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate, professional, and timely responses in German.
- Communicate effectively with customers while maintaining a high standard of written German.
- Resolve customer queries, requests, and basic issues as per defined process guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy and quality while handling customer interactions.
- Follow standard operating procedures, communication guidelines, and process requirements.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

Preferred candidate profile





- Candidates with German B1 certification all 4 modules completed.
- Freshers with a strong interest in building a career in German-language customer support.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
- Good German written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions through chat/email.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Candidates who are immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
- Candidates should be flexible to work as per business and process requirements.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team-working skills.
