Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Assistant / Associate Officer Branch Sales to support branch business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling of banking products.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new customer acquisition through branch walk-ins, references, lead generation, and local market activities.
- Handle and build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Drive sales of CASA products – Current Account and Savings Account.
- Cross-sell banking products such as FD/RD, insurance, credit cards/debit cards, loans, and other financial products.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Ensure proper collection and verification of customer documents as per bank guidelines.




- Provide timely and effective service to customers and resolve basic queries.
- Conduct local market visits and generate business opportunities wherever required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's internal policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile

For Freshers:

- Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Age should not exceed 27 years.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Local language proficiency is mandatory.
- Candidates with a strong interest in sales and banking are preferred.

For Experienced Candidates:

- Minimum 2 years of BFSI experience.
- Graduate.
- Age should not exceed 35 years.
- Prior experience in branch banking, CASA, customer acquisition, or sales will be preferred.
- Local language proficiency is mandatory.
