Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for various roles within the bank's BFSI division through end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations on potential candidates for open positions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality hires that meet business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in banking or BFSI recruitment, specifically in sales hiring or talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of the banking industry and its dynamics.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
