Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the EPC industry to drive business development, generate new project opportunities, and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EPC and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project owners .
- Generate leads and develop a robust sales pipeline for upcoming projects.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with estimation, design, technical, and commercial teams for proposals and quotations.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, tenders, and techno-commercial offers.
- Follow up on enquiries, tenders, negotiations, and order closures.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain regular client visits and develop long-term business relationships.
- Track competitors, market trends, pricing, and business opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field .
- Minimum 3 years of sales/business development experience in the EPC/ PEB industry .
- Experience in infrastructure, industrial, construction, steel, or engineering projects will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of EPC/PEB project sales, tendering, and techno-commercial negotiations .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
- Strong target-oriented and business-development approach.
