Role & responsibilities

AI Application Development

- Design and develop AI-driven web applications and backend services using Python.
- Build intelligent automation solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based applications for enterprise use cases.
- Design scalable AI architectures for document processing, knowledge management, and business automation.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

AI Agents & Automation

- Design, build, and maintain autonomous AI agents for complex business workflows.
- Develop multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, and executing business tasks.
- Build AI copilots and virtual assistants for internal and customer-facing applications.
- Implement memory, tool calling, function calling, and workflow orchestration for AI agents.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and third-party services.

AI API & LLM Integration

- Integrate AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and other LLM providers.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services for AI-powered applications.
- Build prompt engineering workflows and optimize prompts for different business use cases.
- Implement embedding models, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.




- Evaluate and benchmark AI models for quality, latency, and cost.

Backend Development

- Develop scalable RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Design database schemas and manage structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate AI services with frontend applications, databases, and enterprise software.
- Implement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and security best practices.

Collaboration & Software Development

- Work closely with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and Cloud Engineers.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Document AI workflows, APIs, architecture, and technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Python application development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
- Experience developing AI-powered applications for production environments.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and LLM-based applications.
- Experience integrating AI APIs into enterprise software.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
