For 1 to 4 Years

Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof • Excellent process knowledge of Employee Data Management. • Ability to properly research, identify, and document a system defect • Good understanding of various Systems/ applications being used to process • Ability to understand :- o the client administrative environment o the various Systems being used to process a participant

For 4 to 8 Years

Job Requirements* • Robust English communication skills (written & verbal) • Proven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capability mandatory • Hands-on experience in reconciliation (Recon) and MIS reporting • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC)



mandatory • Exposure to Data Quality & Governance frameworks – preferred Key Responsibilities* • Perform and review MDM transaction processing activities • Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM & EC • Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring data issues • Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards • Ensure adherence to data governance, SOX and audit requirements • Support stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Section IV - Job Qualifications & Skills Domain Master Data Management (MDM) Soft Skills Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, stakeholder management Education Requirements Certifications Graduate in any discipline SAP HCM / SuccessFactors – Preferred
