The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of professional experience specializing in battery management systems, with expertise in algorithm development, embedded firmware, hardware circuit design, and comprehensive testing methodologies
Preferred Industry Background should be Electric Vehicles (EV), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), or Consumer Electronics.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or Embedded Systems.
