Role & responsibilities

1. Design and lead end-to-end technology architecture for complex business solutions.

2. Own the technical architecture and system design across applications, services, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.

3. Design solutions that are highly scalable, reliable, and capable of handling real-time traffic and business growth.

4. Ensure that solutions are designed for runtime scalability, high availability, and performance.

5. Drive cloud-native architecture and technology adoption.

6. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, databases, and cloud services.

7. Identify potential technical bottlenecks and design solutions to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.

8. Work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

9. Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams on architecture, design principles, and best practices.

10. Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, system security, performance, and engineering practices.

Skills Required

1. Prior experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Food Delivery, Logistics,



or other high-scale technology organizations.

2. Solid understanding of end-to-end technology architecture and system design.

3. Proven experience designing scalable and high-performance systems. 4. Experience designing systems capable of handling high traffic, large data volumes, and real-time workloads.

5. Ability to take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions.

Technical/Functional Proficiency Required

1. Strong knowledge of Cloud-Native Architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

2. Good understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, databases, caching, messaging systems, and containerization.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

2.Graduation from a premier/premium institute is preferred.

Experience Level

6+ years of experience in software engineering, system design, or technical leadership roles. Prior experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Food Delivery, Logistics, or other high-scale technology
