Job Description

We are hiring fresh graduates for AR Follow Up and Cash Posting roles in Gurgaon. This is an prospect for candidates looking to begin their career in the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process and gain experience in accounts receivable and payment processing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle accounts receivable follow-up and payment posting activities.
- Check the status of outstanding and unpaid claims.
- Follow up on pending payments and identify reasons for claim delays, denials, rejections, or non-payment.
- Review payment information and accurately post payments and adjustments in the system.
- Review EOB/ERA details wherever applicable.
- Ensure payments are correctly allocated to the respective accounts.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for resolution.




- Maintain accurate account details, payment information, and follow-up documentation.
- Update necessary notes and records in the system.
- Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accuracy while handling account and payment-related information.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Key Requirements

- Fresh graduates only.
- Graduation completed in 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a process-oriented environment.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Gurgaon (GGN).
