We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our office and manage daily receptionist duties. You will welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, manage mail distribution, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. If you have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and strong multitasking abilities, we would love to meet you.
Location: HSR layout / Kormangla
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: Upto 7 LPA
Shift: Day / General shift
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointments, confirmations and scheduling Remind clients about upcoming sessions
- Follow up on payments Greet clients warmly on arrival.
- Serve beverages and escort them to the waiting lounge
- Handle billing,
cash/card/UPI payments and daily reconciliation
- Manage guest concerns and ensure a smooth client experience
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years Experience in front office or guest relations,
- Preferably at a 4/5-star hotel Experience with reservations, cash/card/UPI billing and reconciliation
- Solid English communication, discretion and composure Comfortable with booking systems, POS, spreadsheets and rotational shifts
