Salary Range: 5,00,000- 10,00,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Content Specialist who can craft compelling content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have solid copywriting skills, a marketing mindset, and experience creating content across multiple channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.

This role requires someone who understands how to communicate a brands value proposition, simplify complex concepts, and create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality marketing content for multiple channels, including:
- Social media posts and campaigns
- Blogs and articles
- Website content and landing pages
- Email campaigns and newsletters
- Flyers, brochures, and marketing collateral
- Video scripts and promotional content

- Develop creative concepts, messaging, and copy aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Write engaging social media captions, campaign copy, and storytelling content to improve audience engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors,



and marketing teams to develop impactful marketing creatives.
- Review designs and ensure the copy, messaging, and visual content align with campaign goals.
- Coordinate with management and compliance teams for content review and approvals.
- Stay updated with marketing trends, social media trends, content formats, and audience preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing content writing, copywriting, brand communication, or digital marketing content creation.
- Proven experience creating content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English communication.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
- Ability to convert complex information into simple, customer-friendly messaging.
- Experience working with designers and marketing teams to create campaigns and creatives.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Notes:

- This role is for Marketing Content Writers / Copywriters and not Technical Content Writers focused on IT documentation, software manuals, API documentation, or developer content.
- Candidates should have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and quality of work.
