Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of React developers to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by setting milestones, deadlines, and providing guidance on technical best practices.
- Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in React.js.
Job Requirements :
- 9-15 years of experience in leading or working as a developer with expertise in React.js.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, NextJS, Redux/React Hooks.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
