Job Summary:
Lead the HR function for the organization, overseeing compliance, employee relations, and HR operations for a workforce of 200+ employees, with robust command of industrial labour law and statutory compliance.

Job Time : Timings- 9.30AM TO 6.30PM
6 days Fourth Saturday Off

Face to face Final Job Role & Responsibility

- Ensure organization-wide compliance with applicable industrial and labour laws (Factories Act, ESI, PF, Payment of Wages Act, and related state/central regulations)

- Manage statutory filings, audits, and liaison with labour department/government authorities

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities for 200+ employees
- Handle employee relations,



grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes in line with company policy and labour law

- Develop and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks

- Drive performance management processes, including appraisals and goal-setting cycles

- Manage manpower planning and workforce budgeting in coordination with department heads

- Oversee industrial relations, particularly for factory/plant-based staff, ensuring harmonious labour relations

- Lead employee engagement and welfare initiatives

- Prepare and present HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, compliance status) to senior management

- Supervise and mentor the HR team

Skills

- Demonstrated experience managing HR for a workforce of 200+, ideally including factory/plant or industrial settings

- Strong, current knowledge of industrial and labour law compliance

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling both leadership and shop-floor employee relations

- Comfortable working independently to own the HR function end-to-end
