Summary of the Role
The RPA & Agentic Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge intelligent automation solutions. This role emphasizes the integration of traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities, focusing on automating end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop intelligent automation solutions utilizing RPA, Agentic AI, and Generative AI.
- Automate end-to-end business processes for various enterprise applications.
- Create AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and collaborating within RPA workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities across the organization.
- Integrate RPA tools with existing systems and applications to enhance workflow efficiency.




- Conduct testing and validation of automated workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in RPA and AI technologies to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications
Must-Have

- Proven experience in RPA development (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong understanding of AI concepts including Agentic AI and Generative AI.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for automation.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with machine learning and data analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools.
