Anifx Virtual Reality LLP is looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Modeler / 3D Visualizer to join our team in Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D architectural models of buildings, architectural layouts, and landscapes for high-quality photorealistic visualization projects.

Role & responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D models of residential, commercial, and other architectural buildings.
- Develop 3D models based on architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and reference drawings.
- Create architectural layouts, site development, and landscape elements in 3ds Max.
- Prepare 3D models for photorealistic architectural rendering.
- Maintain accurate dimensions, proportions, and architectural detailing.
- Understand and interpret basic architectural drawings and CAD files.
- Make modifications to models according to project requirements and client feedback.
- Optimize 3D models for rendering and visualization.
- Coordinate with the architectural visualization team to complete projects within deadlines.
- Maintain proper project files, naming conventions, and modelling standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of 3ds Max Mandatory
- Good knowledge of V-Ray Mandatory
- Strong understanding of architectural 3D modelling
- Experience in modelling buildings and architectural structures
- Ability to create architectural layouts and site elements




- Knowledge of landscape modelling
- Good understanding of architectural proportions, dimensions, and detailing
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and references
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work according to project deadlines

Basic Knowledge

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD is required only for reading and understanding drawings.
- The candidate will not be required to work primarily in AutoCAD/CAD.
- The main work will be done in 3ds Max and V-Ray.

3ds Max is the primary software for this position.

Candidates should be comfortable working extensively in 3ds Max for architectural modelling.

V-Ray knowledge is mandatory.

- Experience creating detailed exterior environments and landscapes
