About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Fintech Operations Manager to manage and streamline our mutual fund operations. This is a purely operations-focused role within the mutual funds domain. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing, regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. The role also involves leveraging basic AI tools to automate and improve workflows.
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

Use AI tools to automate operational processes
Assist in daily mutual fund transaction processing (purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs)
Support KYC, FATCA, and regulatory documentation checks
Coordinate with RTA platforms (CAMS, KFin)



and AMCs for query resolutions
Review clients' transactions/portfolios regularly for discrepancies and reconciliation
Ensure timely follow-ups for pending operational activities and support investor queries

An ideal candidate should have:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mutual fund operations
Comfortable working in a purely mutual fund operations role
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with numbers and data
Attention to detail
Robust coordination and follow-up skills
