Job Role

- Handle customer queries through international voice support.
- Assist customers with product/service information, orders, account-related queries, and general concerns.
- Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining high service quality.

- Shift: Night / Rotational Shift
- Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Off

Salary

- Freshers: 22,000 + 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
- Experienced: 26,000 + 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
