GENERAL SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Operations skilled with 7+ years of expertise in managing enterprise IT environments across Servers, Systems, Networks, Security, IT Controls and Operations.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms and enterprise systems.
- Administer network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, switches and firewalls.
- Implement and monitor security controls, endpoint protection, vulnerability management and access controls.
- Ensure high availability, performance, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.
- Perform system monitoring, patch management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Support cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and hybrid infrastructure.
- Manage IT incidents, changes and service requests in line with SLA requirements.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, compliance controls and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.





PREFERRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, Security and Operations.

Certification

- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Azure, AWS, ITIL) preferred.

Technical Skills

- Windows Server, Linux Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- VMware/Hyper-V Virtualization
- Networking: TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewalls
- Security: Endpoint Security, EDR/XDR, IAM, Vulnerability Management
- Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
- ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk)

PC Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Other Skills

Good communication skills.
