Immediate Openings for Patient caller - Male candidate's Only

(Voice process -Night shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handling patient calls for doctors appointment
- Greet patients on call professionally and courteously.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments on call.
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations when applicable.
- Explain registration forms, consent documents, and payment policies to patients on call.
- Prior experience in patient calling is mandatory
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Willingness to work night shifts for US Voice support
- Experience in handing inbound calls for US healthcare customers.




- Knowledge of US Healthcare with focus on Patient Billing.

Salary: Based on Interview Performance & Experienced

Exp : Min 2 - 3 years Required

Joining: Immediate Joiner

Shift Time : Monday to Friday ( 5.30 pm to 2.30 am )

Note : Only Male candidates

Interview Process:

Level 1 : TL Interview

Level 2 : CEO Interview

Level 3 : HR Discussion

Interview Timing : 5.30pm -6.30pm
