Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Bread & Pastry Chef.
- Hotel/resort experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake different types of bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Prepare dough, fillings, creams, and other pastry products.
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation.
- Monitor baking temperatures and cooking times.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area.
- Check and manage ingredients and stock.
- Follow food safety and hotel standards.
