Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead - Sourcing to lead procurement and sourcing operations while driving strategic value for the organization. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing activities, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, cost optimization initiatives, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, commercial assessments, and contract finalization.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, category plans, and cost-saving targets.
- Negotiate with suppliers on techno-commercial aspects to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, demand consolidation, standardization, and value creation.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, innovation, and service excellence.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive corrective actions where required.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are aligned with business objectives and risk mitigation requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, Quality, Engineering, and Business Units.
- Provide sourcing expertise and procurement guidance to support business requirements and project execution.
- Act as the escalation point for procurement-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Track procurement KPIs including savings, cycle time, supplier performance, compliance, and service levels.
- Prepare and present sourcing insights, dashboards, and management reports to senior leadership.
- Drive automation, digitization, and process transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
