Role & responsibilities
- End-to-end accounting & financial reporting for Australia, UK, USA , India and UAE operations.
- GST, taxation & statutory compliance.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable management.
- Bank, vendor & customer reconciliation.
- Import/Export accounting & multi-currency transactions.
- Forex transactions and exchange gain/loss accounting.
- Audit coordination and financial controls.
- MIS, budgeting & financial analysis.
Preferred candidate profile
- Trade & Shipping Regulations: In-depth knowledge of Incoterms (2020), Letters of Credit (L/C), bills of lading, and customs clearance procedures.
- Multi-Currency & Forex Management: Proven experience handling foreign exchange risk, hedging, and multi-currency accounting to safeguard profit margins against currency fluctuations.
- Cost Accounting for Logistics: Ability to track and optimize landed costs, freight charges, demurrage, detention, and warehouse fees.
- Taxation Compliance: Thorough understanding of GST/VAT on import-export, customs duties, cross-border tax regulations, and duty drawback schemes.
- Industry Software Mastery: Proficiency in ERP Systems.
