Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct gold appraisals to determine the value of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
- Manage gold loan operations, including processing applications, disbursing loans, and maintaining records.
- Ensure accurate valuation of gold ornaments using specialized equipment or software.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in a similar role as Gold Appraiser/Executive in NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies).
- Robust knowledge of gold loan operations, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in conducting thorough gold valuations using various methods.
