Job Summary

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Java Architect -Own end-to-end architecture.

Lead the architectural design and development of robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications built on Java (backend) and React (frontend), deployed on AWS. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology-agnostic, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end solution architecture across services, APIs, data, and UI layers, ensuring alignment with non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, availability).
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams across multiple projects. Define and govern engineering standards, design patterns, code quality, and reusable components.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
- Drive cloud architecture and cost optimization on AWS, including infrastructure, deployment, and DevOps practices. Create architectural documentation, technical specifications, and reference implementations.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Java / J2EE, with deep understanding of Spring Framework (Core, Boot, Security, MVC) and Hibernate / JPA. Hands-on experience designing and building Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs (GraphQL exposure is a plus).
- Robust frontend proficiency in React, Redux (Toolkit) and Hooks, with solid command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and responsive,



single-page application development (Next.js exposure is a plus).
- Proven, hands-on AWS experience - designing and operating workloads using core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM) and AWS managed services.
- Strong experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Proficient in RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and working knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
- Experience with caching strategies, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), web sockets, and real-time / high-throughput systems. Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and performance tuning / scalability optimizations.
- Proficiency with build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Git).

- Ability to design technology-agnostic solutions and evaluate tools/libraries based on project needs. Demonstrated experience designing complex, distributed, and highly available systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
