- - Accurately type and format ultrasound, CT and X-ray reports from radiologist dictation. Verify patient details, proofread reports, coordinate timely reporting and maintain patient confidentiality. Requires valuable typing speed, knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in MS Word. Prior radiology transcription experience preferred.
