We are looking for a hands-on Accounts & Finance Manager to handle our end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, and cash flow. this role requires an agile qualified who can manage daily books while providing financial updates to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Finalization: Oversee daily AP/AR, ledger reconciliations, and monthly/annual finalisation of accounts.
- Statutory Compliance: Handle timely filing of GST (3B/1), TDS, and payroll liabilities (PF/ESI).
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily working capital, track customer receivables, and schedule vendor payments.
- MIS & Audit: Prepare monthly MIS profitability reports and act as the main coordinator for external auditors.
Requirements
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA / MBA Finance.
- Tech Skills: Advanced Tally Prime and fluent MS Excel.
- Core Skill: Deep knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and Indian GAAP.
