We are looking for an experienced Area Business Manager Gold Loan to drive business growth, lead large teams, and manage operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue, retention & profitability
• Manage relationships with banking/lending partners and key stakeholders
• Ensure risk, audit & compliance adherence
• Drive market expansion and offline channel development
• Recruit, mentor and lead City/Cluster teams
• Manage and develop large teams of 30+ members
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of experience in Gold Loan Sales & Operations within NBFC, Banking.
• Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience
• Graduate or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience managing large teams across multiple geographies
• Robust sales, relationship management & people leadership skills
• Good knowledge of the local market
