EIBO Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and skilled Java Trainer who can train students and professionals in Java programming and help them build strong practical and industry-oriented development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Java.
- Teach Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, and Java 8+ features.
- Explain programming concepts through practical examples and real-world projects.
- Design assignments, coding exercises, and assessments.
- Guide students in developing Java-based projects.
- Help students improve their problem-solving and programming skills.
- Conduct doubt-solving and revision sessions.
- Prepare students for technical interviews and placement opportunities.
- Keep training content aligned with current industry requirements.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.

Required Skills





- Solid knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Good understanding of OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, and SQL.
- Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate will be an added advantage.
- Valuable problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Prior experience in teaching or training students is preferred.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 12 years of relevant experience in Java development or training.
- Freshers with strong Java knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
