Responsibilities

- Support the administration and operation of MoveIT Managed File Transfer environment.
- Onboard applications, business partners, and external clients onto the MoveIT platform.
- Review onboarding requirements, file specifications, schedules, connectivity details, encryption methods, certificates, and support contacts.
- Configure and validate trading partner accounts, user access, folders, workflows, routing, and transfer schedules.
- Coordinate connectivity testing and end-to-end file validation with application, business, security, network, and external partner teams.
- Monitor file transmissions and resolve failed, delayed, or incomplete transfers.
- Troubleshoot onboarding and production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support ServiceNow incidents, requests, changes, and onboarding-related tasks.
- Ensure onboarding activities comply with security, access management, change control, documentation, and audit requirements.
- Maintain onboarding records, SOPs, technical documentation, and audit evidence.
- Support access reviews, security remediation, vulnerability management, and audit-readiness activities.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience administering and supporting MoveIT.
- Vulnerability management experience.




- Windows and server management experience.
- Technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and routine configuration experience.
- Advanced engineering support, complex incidents, integrations, upgrades, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience onboarding applications, trading partners, and external clients in an enterprise environment.
- Robust knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, SSH, PGP encryption, SSL/TLS certificates, and secure file transfer protocols.
- Experience with file transfer monitoring, scheduling, automation, connectivity testing, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience working with ServiceNow incident, change, and request management processes.
- Understanding of enterprise security controls, access governance, audit requirements, and operational procedures.
- Experience supporting high-volume, business-critical production environments.
- Experience with IBM Sterling SFG, Connect:Direct and related file transmission technologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
