Responsibilities

- We are looking for motivated field sales professionals with in-depth experience in teleradiology sales or healthcare equipment sales. Strong, established connections within the diagnostic and hospital sectors matter more here than anything else on a resume.
- We are hiring across eight territories, spanning Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Pick the one you know. You will be based in your territory.

- Drive sales revenue growth within your designated geographic territory to its maximum potential

- Ensure seamless coordination between the sales and marketing teams so initiatives stay in sync
- Act as the face of the company at sales gatherings and industry events to strengthen market presence
- Supervise the sales pipeline, forecasts and overall performance to drive ongoing improvement
- Set the standard for professionalism, ethical conduct and adherence to company policy

Requirements

- Experience in healthcare sales is mandatory
- Experience in the teleradiology domain is an advantage
- 5+ years as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar field sales role
- A proven track record of sales achievement
- Proficiency in the English language
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Strong time management and planning capability
- Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory
