Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities SharePoint SE Development & Administration Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint SE sites, lists, libraries, pages, and collaboration spaces. Build SharePoint-based solutions to support team workflows, document organization, reporting access, and business operations. Configure permissions, views, metadata, content types, navigation, and document management features. Create SharePoint pages and dashboards that centralize key reports, documentation, links, and operational information. Support SharePoint modernization, clean-up, enhancement, and migration activities. Ensure SharePoint solutions are user-friendly, scalable, well-structured, and aligned with business needs.
Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, prepare, analyze, and validate data from multiple business and operational sources. Translate business questions into meaningful analysis, reports, dashboards, and insight packs. Develop recurring and ad-hoc reporting for management, operational teams, and project stakeholders. Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through structured data analysis. Prepare clear,



concise reporting outputs for senior stakeholders, including summaries, visuals, and commentary. Maintain reporting documentation, including data sources, transformation logic, assumptions, and refresh schedules. Power BI Dashboarding & Business Intelligence Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Build clear data models, measures, calculations, and KPIs using Power Query and DAX. Connect Power BI to multiple data sources, including Excel, SharePoint lists, SQL databases, and other structured datasets. Optimize reports for usability, performance, clarity, and stakeholder adoption. Create dashboard pages tailored to different audiences, including management views, operational views, and detailed analytical views. Support report testing, validation, deployment, access management, and ongoing enhancements.
Contributing Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders, project teams, IT teams, and operational users to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, demos, and feedback sessions. Manage priorities effectively and deliver outputs within agreed timelines. Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing reports, SharePoint sites,



and automation tools. Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including sites, lists, libraries, pages, permissions, metadata, and document management. Familiarity with SharePoint customization, JSON formatting, contemporary pages, and reusable templates. Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports. Good knowledge of Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design principles. Good to have: Python skills for data analysis, automation, and reporting. SQL for querying, extracting, and analyzing structured data. Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform. Familiarity with any of this would be a plus - Git or other version-control practices for scripts and documentation, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, or cloud-based analytics platforms, Power Automate for workflow automation., Power Apps or Microsoft Forms, working with APIs, scheduled scripts, or automated data refresh processes. Ability to create clear technical and functional documentation. Understanding of reporting lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, development, validation, deployment, and support. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail to simplify complex data and present insights clearly. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to run requirement-gathering sessions and solution walkthroughs
