Job Title: Development Team leader(Full Stack + AWS DevOps)

We are looking for a Development Team leader to lead our engineering team, drive product
development, and ensure scalable, high-performance delivery across our platform. You will
manage developers, oversee architecture, and handle end-to-end execution including AWS
infrastructure and DevOps.

Tech Stack (Mandatory)
Frontend: React.js
Backend: PHP (Laravel, Slim APIs)
Database: MySQL
Mobile/Hardware: Android POS, Kiosk, CDS, KDS
Cloud: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront)
DevOps: CI/CD, Deployment Pipelines

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management
Lead frontend, backend, and mobile teams; assign tasks, track progress, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.

2. Product Development & Delivery
Own end-to-end development; collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders; ensure timely, high-quality delivery through agile execution.

3. Architecture & System Design
Design scalable SaaS architecture ensuring performance, reliability, and multi-tenant support.

4. Backend & API Oversight
Oversee Laravel & Slim API development; ensure secure, optimized architecture and monitor integrations.

5. Frontend Oversight (React)
Guide React-based UI for POS, dashboards, and kiosks; ensure responsiveness and performance.

6. AWS & Infrastructure Management
Manage AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront); ensure uptime, scaling, and environment stability.

7. DevOps & CI/CD
Set up CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and ensure smooth,



zero-downtime releases.

8. Hardware & Integration Management
Oversee integrations with POS devices, card readers, printers, kiosks, and KDS/CDS systems.

9. Testing, QA & Release Management
Ensure testing, manage bugs, and proactively resolve production issues.

10. Security & Compliance
Maintain secure coding, data protection, and compliance standards (UK/EU if applicable).

11. Cross-Team Coordination
Collaborate with Product, Tech Support, Sales, and Operations to align with business goals.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in React.js + PHP (Laravel)
- Experience with Slim Framework APIs
- Solid knowledge of MySQL
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3)
- Experience in DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong experience in team handling & project delivery

Good to Have

- Experience in POS / SaaS / Fintech platforms
- Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
- Experience with payment integrations (Stripe)
- Experience in hardware integrations
