Job Summary

This role provides support for the platform and product operations, working closely with the SRE and DevOps teams. Youll gain experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and contributing to the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities

- Assist in monitoring infrastructure, micro-services, products, and platforms.
- Learn and contribute to the development and maintenance of monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms
- Support with incident response by following established protocols and assisting senior engineers in investigation and resolution.
- Gain experience with scripting and automation to assist with repetitive tasks.
- Learn to Build and maintain observability, monitoring (based on telemetry data of metrics, logs, traces etc) for all aspects of infrastructure, micro-services, products, and platforms, and implementing Alerting mechanisms.
- Contribute to maintaining operational documentation.
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and training opportunities.

Requirements

- Good understanding of fundamental IT concepts (operating systems, networking).
- Experience with Linux environments.
- Understanding on cloud concepts (AWS /GCP preferred).




- Interest in learning monitoring tools and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Preferred hands-on experience & technical knowledge on Monitoring tools like Grafana, ELK (Opensearch) and has experience in collecting Telemetry, setting up monitors, dashboards and alert metrics with integration skills over various platforms.
- Knowledge with Version Control and CI/CD (Git / Github)
- Basic Know how in scripting and programming (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Basic Understanding of container technology (Docker) or CI/CD pipelines.

Desirable Skills

- Any Cloud based Certification would be Plus.
- Experience working with Technical Support or DevOps Support.
