The Operations Manager will lead and optimize end-to-end operations across training, recruitment, and placement functions. This role is not responsible for business development but will ensure operational readiness to support BD outcomes. The ideal candidate balances process discipline with agility, ensuring efficiency without stifling innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Training Operations

Manage scheduling, faculty coordination, and curriculum delivery.

Ensure completion of industry-relevant training modules.

Recruitment & Placement

Oversee resume workshops, interview orientation, and candidate branding.

Collaborate with industry partners to track placement success.

Process Optimization-SOP's,CRM,LMS

Design SOPs for admissions, recruitment, and client servicing.

Balance structure with adaptability to avoid over-standardization.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Align KPIs across HR, recruitment, and marketing teams.

Resolve conflicts between departments with diplomacy and accountability.

Performance Tracking

Monitor placement conversion rates, training completion %, and outreach effectiveness.

Include both quantitative and qualitative KPIs (student satisfaction, recruiter feedback).
