Responsibilities:
- • Collecting the customer RFQ and Review of technical specification from marketing department.
- • Preparation of detailed Technical Offer and basic layout.
- • Proper documentation of all the correspondences regarding the offers being made.
- • Discussing with the design team regarding any concerns while preparing the basic layout.
- • Visiting the customer, if required, along with the concerned Marketing person.
- • Getting the technical specifications and layout approved by the customer.
- • Preparation of Commercial Offer.
- • Revision of proposals based on customer requirements
- • Supporting Sales in commercial and technical negotiations
- • Maintaining proposal and costing records
- • Proper documentation of all the quotations received for the costing purpose.
