Job Summary

Were looking for a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience to simplify complex, data-rich workflows into intuitive product experiences.

Youll work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design AI-native products that help businesses make smarter decisions using maps, geospatial intelligence, and analytics.

Youll own the design process end-to-end from discovery to shipped product.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end design process, from user research and problem framing to high-fidelity designs and post-launch iteration.
- Design intuitive workflows for products built around maps, data visualization, and AI.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for complex B2B applications.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape product direction and user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and leverage customer feedback and analytics to improve designs.
- Contribute to and evolve GeoIQs design system for consistency and scalability.
- Use AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and research synthesis.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and design quality across the product.

Requirements





- 4+ years of experience designing digital products with a solid portfolio of shipped work.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience designing complex SaaS, analytics, or enterprise products.
- Comfort working with AI-assisted design workflows.
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product and engineering.
- Ability to translate complex data into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) for effective collaboration with engineering.
- Experience designing map-based or geospatial products.
- Experience with dashboards, data visualization, or analytics platforms.
- Understanding of AI-first interfaces or conversational experiences.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
