We are currently hiring for the position of Accounts & Finance Manager
Job Details:
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Designation : Accounts & Finance Manager
- Both groups of CA Intermediate should be cleared
- 7-8 years in MNC or Manufacturing Company and already working at AM level.
1. Financial Accounting & Book Closure
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations and financial transaction recording.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual closing of books of accounts.
- Review general ledger balances and ensure accounting accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor provisions, accruals, prepaid expenses and depreciation accounting.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and schedules.
- Hands on experience in handing bank finance compliance
2. Inventory & ERP Control
- Ensure accurate accounting and control of raw materials, packing materials, WIP and finished goods inventory.
- Monitor ERP transactions related to procurement, production, inventory and sales.
- Coordinate physical stock verification and reconciliation activities.
3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
- Review GST returns, reconciliations and input tax credit workings.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance documentation.
- Hand on experience in company law compliances.
- FEMA & RBI related matter added advantage
4. MIS Reporting & Budgeting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, profitability statements and management reports.
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
- Monitor departmental expenses and budget utilization.
- Provide financial analysis and operational insights to management.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required schedules, reports and explanations.
5. Team Management & Coordination
- Supervise accountants and finance executives in daily accounting operations.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, logistics and sales departments for smooth financial and operational processes.
6. Specific criteria are met:
- Both groups of CA Intermediate should be cleared
- Candidate should currently be working in HO, not factory operations.
- Candidate should not be pursuing CA currently
- Should have experience of handing accounts finalization & Audit independently
