Role & responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop current Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Build and maintain a productive agency force in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Activate new advisors and improve the productivity of existing advisors.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with advisors.
- Guide advisors in prospecting, lead generation, customer meetings, and policy conversion.
- Develop advisor-wise business plans and track performance against targets.
Experience
- 2 to 6 years of experience in insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
- Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
