Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of projects/programs within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, DevOps, product, design, and business functions
- Define delivery plans, milestones, KPIs, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Manage project risks, issues, escalations, change requests, and mitigation plans
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to delivery processes and governance
- Manage client and senior stakeholder relationships, including regular status reporting and executive communication
- Track delivery metrics, SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, vendors, and business units
- Support capacity planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and cost management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with organizational, security, quality, and delivery standards
- Mentor project managers, delivery leads, and team members
- Collaborate with leadership on roadmap planning, priorities, and strategic initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration,



or a related discipline
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT delivery, project management, program management, or technology operations
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, cross-functional teams, or large-scale technology programs
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies
- Solid stakeholder and client-management skills with experience handling senior/executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum/PSM, SAFe, ITIL, or PRINCE2 are an advantage
- MBA/PGDM or a relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable for business- and client-facing roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes through influence and collaboration
