Roles and Responsibilities

- Anaesthetist with MD -The doctor is expected to attend OT and ICU as per requirement.
Meeting with patients before medical procedures to discuss their medical history and lifestyle.
- Assessing patients' conditions through analysis of medical history.
- Explaining to patients the surgical process.
- Administering anesthesia monitoring patient vital signs during medical and surgical procedures, and making appropriate adjustments in anesthesia to ensure patient comfort.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and pain management after surgical and medical procedures to ensure patient comfort.
- Maintaining patient records relating to their procedures and the type and amounts of medications given.
- Provide high-quality patient care as an Consultant Anesthesiologist, ensuring protected and effective pain management strategies are implemented.

- Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students in anaesthesia techniques, procedures, and best practices.





- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans.

- Conduct research activities related to anaesthesiology, including publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals.

- Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in anesthesia technology and techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-3 years of experience as a Consultant Anaesthetist or equivalent role.

- Diploma (Other Specialization) or Medical-MS/MD degree from a recognized institution.

- Strong knowledge of anaesthesiology principles, practices, and protocols.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
