- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, maintain & troubleshoot Windows OS, applications & hardware.
- Resolve IT issues related to system performance, connectivity, etc.
Required Candidate profile
- Graduate/Diploma in IT or a related field with 1+ year of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
- Solid knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
