- Role & responsibilities

Handle day-to-day OSD packing operations as per production plan.

Ensure packing activities are carried out as per approved SOPs and GMP/cGMP requirements.

Handle primary and secondary packing operations for tablets and capsules.

Ensure proper line clearance, machine setup and changeover activities.

Monitor packing machines and ensure smooth production operations.

Maintain BPR/BMR and other production-related documentation.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse and other departments.

Manage manpower and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

Support investigation of deviations and implementation of CAPA.

Ensure achievement of production targets within the planned timelines.

B.Pharm / M.Pharm preferred.

8-10 years of relevant experience in OSD Pharmaceutical Packing.

Hands-on experience in Tablet & Capsule Packing Operations.

Knowledge of Blister, Alu-Alu, Strip and Secondary Packing.

Good knowledge of GMP/cGMP, SOPs, BPR/BMR and documentation.

Experience in line clearance, machine changeover and packing process control.

Positive manpower handling and coordination skills.

Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and compliance.

Candidates from Pharmaceutical Manufacturing / OSD plants will be preferred.
